Stewart Morland

Stewart Morland is a career downstream fuel marketer with over 40 years experience in the industry.

Stewart began his career in 1979 with Morland Petroleum, a downstream petroleum company established by his father Reginald Morland. This hands-on experience across all facets of the industry provided Stewart with the necessary capabilities to establish his own fuel distribution company in 1990.

1996 saw Stewart and IOR begin their relationship through a joint exploration project resulting in the discovery of the Inland Oil Field PL98.

After becoming a shareholder in 2004, Stewart then became a majority owner and in 2013 was appointed as Managing Director.

Stewart leads sales, marketing, operations, and transport functions within the company and has seen the steady growth of the business to over 250 talented team members.

Stewart also serves on the board of LifeFlight Australia Ltd, chairs the board for LifeFlight Foundation Ltd, and is a board member for the Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE).
