As GM of People, Culture and Safety, Mark oversees the entire people portfolio including talent acquisition, learning & development, employee relations, HSEQ, payroll & remuneration, risk and organisational performance across IOR’s growing national and international footprint. Before joining IOR, Mark has spent over 15 years in People, Culture, and Safety in leadership roles in the energy and construction sectors. Holding an MBA and GAICD, and serving as a Non-Executive Director at Lifeline Darling Downs, Mark brings both professional expertise and genuine human leadership to the role. He is a committed servant leader who believes that when an organisation invests deeply in its people, with safety, learning, purpose, and belonging at the core, those people deliver exceptional experiences for the customers and communities they serve.
