Colin is the person behind the physical backbone that makes IOR’s fuel network possible. Tanks, technology, fuelling infrastructure, manufacturing facilities: the assets that customers and communities depend on to access fuel reliably are Colin’s responsibility to build, maintain, and expand. With over seven years in infrastructure at IOR, Colin brings both the experience and the long-term perspective that scalable infrastructure demands.
Before joining IOR, Colin spent time in the fuel industry holding several roles at Shell. In the early 2000s he moved into the petroleum equipment industry, taking on multiple roles across Australia before spending ten years in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, building deep international expertise in fuel storage and infrastructure solutions across demanding environments. That global knowledge, combined with years of on-the-ground delivery in Australia, means Colin understands what it takes to build infrastructure that genuinely serves customers in the transport, resources, and energy sectors. He leads with an unwavering dedication to reliability and a deep belief that world-class infrastructure is one of the most powerful ways to serve customers and communities well.
