IOR is pleased to share that John Parry and Andrew “Risky” Foster have been named finalists for the ATA Professional Driver of the Year 2026 award.
It is a fantastic achievement for both drivers and a great moment for the IOR team.
The award recognises professional drivers who set a high standard for the transport industry. This recognition reflects the standard John and Risky bring to their work every day, and the important role they play in supporting IOR’s transport operations.
At IOR, our mission is Fuelling Australia. That only happens because of people who understand what is at stake when they get behind the wheel. Every delivery matters to the customers, industries and communities that rely on us.
Our drivers are often the face of IOR on the road and at customer sites. They play an important role in making sure our customers can keep moving, wherever they operate.
John and Risky are industry-recognised examples of what it means to give your all to the job. They bring skill, experience and genuine care to the customers they support, and this recognition is a credit to the way they represent IOR and the transport industry more broadly.
We are proud to have John and Risky as part of the IOR team and representing our business on the road every day.
IOR also thanks the Australian Trucking Association for its ongoing work in recognising the people who keep the transport industry moving. As an active part of the transport sector, IOR values the role the ATA plays in supporting, advocating for and celebrating professional drivers across Australia.
Congratulations John and Risky on this well-deserved recognition.
