What digital platforms does IOR offer?
IOR provides a suite of three proprietary digital platforms designed to give you total control over your fuel and fleet. Our ecosystem includes the HyDip®® Fuel Management System for real-time tank telemetry, the Fuelcharge app for cashless refuelling across our network without a business account, and the IOR Customer Portal for comprehensive fleet and account administration.
What is the HyDip®® fuel management system?
HyDip®® is an advanced fuel management and telemetry system that tracks fluid levels across your bulk storage tanks in real time. It replaces manual dipping with accurate live data, triggers automated bulk replenishments before you run low, and provides per-machine consumption reporting to eliminate administrative guesswork.
What can I do in the Fuelcharge app?
The Fuelcharge app allows you to pay for fuel instantly at any IOR diesel stop or regional aviation facility. It provides a completely cashless, pay-at-the-pump experience without requiring an RFID tag or business account. You can also use the app to route to your nearest facility and receive digital, tax-compliant receipts.
What is the IOR Customer Portal used for?
The Customer Portal is your central hub for fleet management and account control. It gives fleet managers real-time visibility into every transaction across every site and fuel tag. Through the portal, you can order or suspend RFID fuel tags, set fuel limits, and download consolidated invoices for streamlined auditing and reporting.
