Fuelcharge is available for free on the App Store and Google Play. Create your account in under two minutes and add your payment details.
Scan the QR code at the pump or use the automatic location detection in the app, select your bowser and choose how much you want to pre-authorise for your transaction.
Authorise your payment, and fill up. Any remaining balance will be returned to your bank account, noting you won’t pay for fuel you don’t receive. Your digital receipt is stored instantly in the app.

We know that regional Australia doesn't always have great internet connection, that’s why we have purpose built payment terminals so you’re never without fuel. If you can’t use the Fuelcharge app for any reason, our payment terminals are available on-site so you can pay with a credit card and get back on the road.
No. Fuelcharge is designed for consumers, private pilots, and businesses who want immediate access to the IOR network without applying for a credit account. Anyone can download the app and start using it immediately.
Fuelcharge is accepted at over 110 IOR diesel stops and more than 30 aviation airstrips across Australia. You can use the map inside the app to find your nearest location and check current pricing.
Before you pump, you select a pre-authorised amount in the app (e.g., $150). This reserves the funds on your card. You then fill your tank, and you will only be charged for the exact amount of fuel you actually receive. Typically, any unused funds are returned to your account right away, but some banks may take up to 48 hours.
Depending on the location, you can use Fuelcharge to purchase Diesel, AdBlue®, Avgas, and Jet A-1.
All transactions are stored immediately against your Fuelcharge profile within the app. You can view your transaction history and download digital receipts at any time. No more lost paper dockets.
