Nell has spent her entire career in some of Australia’s and the world’s most customer-obsessed, digitally driven organisations. She built her foundation in affiliate and loyalty marketing across Brisbane and Dublin, Ireland, before spending nearly a decade at Sportsbet leading customer experience, Marketing and digital teams across Australia. From there she moved to Compare the Market as GM of Customer Optimisation, with responsibility for Product, App, UX/UI, Innovation and Loyalty at national scale. Nell brings that same relentless focus on the customer to IOR, applying world-class digital and CX thinking from some of Australia’s most competitive industries to create smarter, more connected experiences for the fleets, operators and businesses that IOR serves every day.
