Common questions about IOR Diesel Network

What is the IOR Diesel Network?

IOR supplies commercial diesel (including premium diesel), HyBlue™ AdBlue® (ISO 22241 certified diesel exhaust fluid), and a full range of industrial oils and lubricants. All products are available via our 500+ diesel stop network, bulk delivery fleet, or on-site managed supply.

The network is designed for commercial transport operators, fleet managers, agricultural contractors, and any business requiring reliable diesel access across Australia. If you’re not an IOR account holder, diesel stops can also be accessed through the Fuelcharge app.

You can find IOR diesel stops near you using the IOR Find a Location tool. Search by state, route or amenity to view nearby diesel stops, site access information and locations where AdBlue® is available. Participating diesel stops can also be found through the Fuelcharge app.

Yes. The IOR Diesel Network is suitable for fleet operators that need reliable diesel access across regional Australia and key transport routes. IOR account customers can use RFID tags to manage driver or vehicle access, with transactions visible through the IOR Portal to support fuel tracking and account management.

Yes. The IOR Diesel Network extends beyond capital cities and major highways, with diesel stops located across key regional routes, freight corridors and operating areas. The network supports businesses travelling through regional and remote parts of Australia, including locations in northern Australia, outback Queensland and other high-demand transport regions.

Businesses can apply for access to the IOR Diesel Network by completing the online IOR account application form. Once your account is approved, IOR will arrange your IOR tags so your drivers or vehicles can access our diesel stops. You can also contact your local IOR representative for help with the application process.
