Our aviation division keeps expanding our airport network. We have recently added a new 24/7 Avgas facility at Ayr Aerodrome. The self-service facility is now available to all local and visiting pilots. It features an integrated payment terminal and accepts all major credit cards, in addition to IOR Aviation cards.
Burdekin Shire Council Mayor Lyn McLaughlin said “The Ayr Aerodrome is ideally located to attract recreational and smaller commercial users from the region and across Queensland. Now that we can provide self-service fueling on-site 24/7, we expect to see an increase in aerodrome use”.
