IOR celebrates 30 years in 2014

IIn 1984 an oil refinery was constructed in the remote south-west Queensland town of Eromanga. The refinery was commissioned in 1986, and has been refining 1250 barrels of crude oil every day since.

celebrating-30-yearsAppropriately, the company running the refinery was called ‘Inland Oil Refinery’ or IOR.

30 years later, IOR continues to build on its strong brand for providing quality fuel and customer service to regional and remote areas of Australia; with an ever expanding product and service offering that now includes fuel tanks, frac tanks, equipment sales and rentals and fuel management services.

To celebrate 30 years of operation, Managing Director Stewart Morland and General Manager Ross Mackenzie are proud to be hosting a series of celebrations for staff, clients and communities throughout Queensland. Celebrations are being planned for Brisbane, Eromanga, Chinchilla, Injune and Toowoomba.
