On 20 April 2011, the Company completed the sale of all of its interests in the Inland Oilfield to the publically unlisted company Bridgeport Energy Limited. The Company has also sold the balance of its oil exploration and production interests to Bridgeport Energy subject to the usual joint venture and regulatory approvals being obtained.
